I’m clean, quiet and considerate and need the same from whoever I live with. I pay my rent on time and take responsibility for my space in a home. I have no pets but would love your cat or dog. Up front I want to say that I can’t stand synthetic fragrances of any kind so need a home free of any candles, plug-ins, perfume, body spray, etc. This is non-negotiable. I realize I sound complicated, but I believe it’s better to state these things up front and find the right roomies rather than us be miserable. One more thing is that I feel overwhelmed by the idea of having multiple roommates. I would feel most comfortable with just one other person. All this being said, I can adjust my budget for the right roomie, location and situation. I’ve listed these items here because they are important to me.
