Looking for a new roomie! I have a room available in a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment, located in Maryland Heights, and the room comes with a private bathroom.

The apartment also has an in-unit washer & dryer and a large patio. There’s also a ton of other in complex amenities like a pool, gym, and basketball court. Right now, me and my significant other are the lease holders, but she is out of town in school so, it would just be the roomie and me. We’re hoping to find someone soon but also someone that is easy going, reliable with rent, and decently clean.
