Hi there, my name is Ashley and I’m a female professional seeking another (preferably) female professional similar in age to room with in early August. Ideally, I’d love to find an apartment since I’m currently living in a townhome and it’s just a lot of area to deal with keeping clean. I’m also over the whole maintaining the yard situation. I’d be happy to find someone I get along with who already has an apartment and has an open room, or just find someone to search for an apartment for.

The reason I’m looking to move once my current lease is up is to get closer to my job in Arlington. My current roommates do not work as far north as I do and therefore are not looking to move much further north than from where we currently are in Lorton. I’m open to different locations, as long as I’m able to get a little closer to work. If possible, I’d love to keep my monthly rent under $1k and would like to live in a safe area.

I’m very considerate and respectful of others’ space and feelings and like to keep things clean, so I think I make a pretty good roommate. I get along well with most people and personality types Please reach out if you think we could be a good fit or with any additional questions.
