I am a healthy 75 yr old retired man (Ron) with 25 lb beagle mix dog. I do not drink, drug, or party.

My wife is in an Alzhiemers memory care facility (Certus @ 53rd street and US 1) and we have to sell our home in Citrus Springs development to pay her bills and my rent.
