Howdy- I’m a former NYC’er, who came back to Dallas “temporarily” 2 years ago to help my mother. She’s now doing better and I’m looking to get out of the suburbs and little closer to “city life” as a stepping stone to moving back to NYC in the fall. I love the outdoors, fitness, cooking and eating great food, reading, and meeting new and interesting people. And music! I’m a novice musician that’s trying really hard to be way less novice. As a housemate, I’m clean and reasonably organized (I was in the military for 12 years), I’m a weekly house chores kind of guy, and I think I’m a fairly decent mix of hermit and socializer. Ideally looking for a 3-6 month arrangement. I work from home, so space for a desk is a must.
