I am a 30 year old resident physician. I am looking for a room or house to rent for the remainder of my residency (until July 2027). I am currently renting a condo, but the owner is planning to sell in September.

My wife lives in Phoenix completing her physician training; she visits about one weekend every other month. I have a a small, cute British shorthair cat; depending on the situation, I would leave him with my wife. I am extremely tidy (no dishes left out, no clutter, weekly vacuuming).

I am introverted but enjoy conversation. I like to run, bike, climb, hike, cook, and watch shows and sports. I am looking for someone who is easy going and cleans up after themselves.

I am willing to pay more if it is a good fit.
