I’m working hybrid, but do spend a lot of my time working from home. I’m easy going; I love anything outdoors with my dog, tv shows/movies, cooking, arts and just got into reading. I’m a social drinker and I don’t smoke, but I don’t mind if you do!

My dog’s a rescue and only does good in single pet homes, so my ideal roommate(s) wouldn’t have pets. He’s a 30 lb 7 year old mixed breed, who loves to cling to people and sleep all day. He gives black cat energy, so while he’ll shadow you and come up for pets, he generally likes his own space. If you’re a dog lover, it would definitely be a great match!

I’m responsible when it comes to rent and any other payments for housing, so I do expect the same energy. I’m looking for someone with a stable job/income and who is responsible. I’m ideally looking to rent a townhome or a single-family house near 21703 (yard is ideal but not required) but am flexible as long as it’s still in Frederick County (Have to be in Frederick due to work). ~ Flexible budget of $1200-1400.

Flexible finding a place with separate sections if you’re a dog parent (For instance: I take basement, you take upstairs). Dogs only.
