Hi! I’m looking for a room to rent for only myself. I’m clean, quiet, friendly & respectful of others. I have a disability, and I drive for a living. I’m also an animal lover, although I don’t have any of my own. I pay my rent on time, and am looking for a clean, quiet, place to stay. Prefer a situation where roomies are close to my age, I would also be open to a situation where I could provide assistance, run errands, help around the house occasionally , for someone trying to age in place, in exchange for discounted rent.
