Weighing different types of arrangements, I’ve moved around a fair amount and have always had positive experiences w new roommates. I’m friendly/social fs but if we don’t become friends it’s no big deal just need someone clean n respectful. My work can be physically intense/stressful so outside of work I chill hard. Should mention that there will be times where I’ll be gone for weeks at a time for work.

Either looking for myself somewhere short term (I have pre arranged dates and that will be worked out before agreement) Or Interest in teaming up with others to rent a nice house for a potential 12? Month lease, I have a few friends of mine that are willing to pursue that as well.
