Looking for a place to rent! 🏡 I’m looking for somewhere to live with rent preferably under $900/month. I’m open to either renting a place on my own or finding a roommate if it’s a good fit. A privately owned rental would honestly be ideal since one of my income sources can be a little harder to verify through larger apartment complexes. A little about me: • I work pretty much every day, so I’m gone most of the day. • I’m a big homebody, so when I do have free time I usually just like relaxing at home. • Some nights I’m home, and some nights I’m out with friends and don’t get back until later.

I also want to be upfront because I’d rather everyone know expectations beforehand. My close friends are a big part of my life, and they do come over pretty regularly. Sometimes it’s just to hang out, watch movies, or have a couple drinks, and sometimes they’ll stay the night. A lot of them don’t have the easiest home situations, so occasionally a sleepover isn’t planned—it just kind of happens. They’re all respectful, clean up after themselves, and have never caused issues where I’ve lived before.

A few other things: • I vape. • I’m 4/20 friendly. • I don’t have pets, but I’m completely okay living with people who do.
