Hi y’all! I hope you are doing well. I am currently looking for a place to stay for about the next two years until I graduate, with o͟n͟l͟y female roommate(s) :). I should also share that I am allergic to cats.

As a potential roommate, I can guarantee cleaning up after myself, paying my portion on time, and of course, being respectful of everyone’s space and privacy. I absolutely value communication should any conflicts arise, but really am not a fan of unnecessary drama. Life flies y’all, and there are too many things to take care of.

With respect, I do not pay any security deposit until we have a signed agreement of some sort! I also ask for home bills to be paid on time too, please, to be mindful of everyone in that living arrangement, especially if our portion was covered.
