I am a quiet, responsible female retiree looking to rent a room in a house with another responsible individual(s) over the age of 50+. My landlord and friend recently passed and I must vacate my current residence by the end of May, 2026. I like to cook, explore my genealogy, and am a fan of both The Masked Singer and Survivor. I do have an older Chihuahua who will bark a little until she knows you, but has never bitten anyone and is house broken.
