Starting with a local fire department. Looking for a place til I buy a house. Military and fire. Clean background. Very clean and respectful. Solid credit score. I have no pets, no kids, not wife. A plus for me if you have dog(s). Cats are cool too.

Have everything I need to buy a house – except time to look in the local area. (COE for VA loan, down payment, etc.). I don’t intend to crowd your space any longer than necessary. Ideally, I’m looking for a flexible situation, roughly 6 month time frame.

If you got the space and don’t mind, I do a lot of meal prep on my off time. I can make some extra for the whole squad–if that sweetens the deal…
