I’m looking to move in starting 1/20/26, and I have a budget of $900/month. I’m open to living with either males or females of any age. I work a full time job, so I’m pretty quiet and tend to keep to myself, but I’m friendly and respectful. I always clean up after myself and make sure shared spaces stay tidy. I value good communication, so if there’s ever an issue or something needs to be addressed, I’m happy to talk it out. I’m also considerate of others’ privacy and am more than willing to pitch in with any household chores.
