Hello! My names Sebastian and I’m looking for one roommate to join my 2bd/1bath in downtown Albany on Columbia street. Monthly cost is $700 to 750/each. Really nice apartment in the quiet downtown area close to everything and all the bus lines. Utilities including heat, water, gas, trash, (and washer and dryer in unit) are all included, we’d just need to pay electric and internet which should be less than 75$ each.

Ill be a graduate student in the fall so im looking for mainly looking for other grad students, but im open to anyone around my age. Hoping to be friends and chill with my roommate but not a requirement. Also, I have a cat and she is so so sweet and calm and loving.

I like keeping things clean around the house too.
