I enjoy mountain biking, board games, and swimming. My roommate is moving out at the end of the lease (Aug 1st), so I’m looking for someone to move into the 3.5 bathroom, 2 bedroom townhouse I rent. The rent is $1550 and we will split equally. Looking for someone that does not smoke/vape anything or do drugs (and won’t have people over that will do those things). Generally fairly quite and clean.
