My Current Needs as of June 2026:

June 2026: I need to rent for June only in Los Angeles near zip 90049 to visit family.

July 2026: Greenport NY. I want to rent for 1 month in Greenpory area for a short getaway.

September 2026: I want to rent 2.months anywhere between Sanbornville and Portsmouth/Hampton areas of New Hampshire.

October 2026: I want to purchase a 3+ bedroom home either in an all ages mobile home community or a house somewhere between Lake Worth and Boca areas of Florida. I need two reliable long term rooomates at an expected rent around $950/m.

I am a spiritually focused, trauma aware emotionally well regulated and straight but affirming conscious male who has decent and always aiming to improve awareness of cultural bias. I love meditation, drumming, indigenous flute, shamanism and want to learn to rap my poetry and sing some songs, hip hop and bachata dance, which I am working no now. Rather then deep studying of spiritual concepts I now prefer focusing on learning via experience that involve learning how to emote by vocals, body movement and expressions and spoken word.

For income I was primaraly a custon web developer and programmer but also dabble in a few other businesses and soon real estate investing. I also do Gig work.

I dont ned a lot to be happy and I strive for simplicity these days and would rather have more experiences then live too blingy,

PS: I am a techie but also good at handyman stuff as well thanks to my father who was an engineeer, electricion, plumber, HVAC and refrigeration mechanic. I dont have his skills buit I know enough to fix more than the average person (compared to those not an actual trades persons). I also love setting up home automation.
