Im 19 work 2 jobs, student part time, respectful. I go to the gym, absolutely do not drink or smoke ANYTHING as I am truly against it. Looking for place to stay while in school and prepare for my future. 730 credit score, 16k in investments and savings. (Can show you in person.) Looking for preferably a studio or room with own restroom and private entrance. Would rarely be home during the week due to jobs and school but more than likely be home all day on weekends.
