I relocated to PV/Scottsdale for a new Job at a local Resort. I am very considerate, uber clean and quiet and very respectful of others. I work a lot of hours and due to the nature of a Resort operation may come and go during quiet time hours (6am-11pm) however I am very self aware and as stated above, am very quiet. I typically work the weekends so I am not looking for a party house. Additionally, I have my own vehicle, so parking is ideal. Previous roommate/leaser (4/25-4/26) reference is available upon request. I definitely don’t mind a roommate with dogs or a place with a pool!

I am also a part owner in a services (cleaning/landscape) company in SE AZ, I am willing to provide interior cleaning services as well for a small rent decrease, but either way will keep your space UBER CLEAN
