Recently finished 1 year off-grid in Oregon through the WWOOF USA program, currently staying with my sister in Florida until spring 2026 (roughly). Moving dates flexible. Originally from MO/AR and looking for my next spot to land. Heart set on SLC where I know some good folk. Looking for work in the area (though currently hold a job I may be able to transfer). Hoping to split rent somewhere in or near the city. Ideally we’d get to meet first, which may involve a flight on my part. At the very least, let’s chat! About Me:

I’ve got experience in work/trade and communal living. I’m an introvert by nature but enjoy socializing on occasion and am very easy to get along with. I drink socially and don’t smoke anything but don’t mind if you do. I don’t have social media but maintain a personal website/gallery I’m happy to share! I come with a senior collie (Samus) who is aloof at first but sweet once she knows you / your animals. She has happily lived with a dog in the past and is currently living with my sister’s three cats whom she loves. Completely non-destructive in a home. She does bark out windows at strangers and squirrels, she’s still a dog! She minds well though, and if tucked away in a bedroom with her favorite ambience on, will sleep quietly through any amount of chaos. The two of us enjoy being out of the house for hiking and camping excursions in my van when weather permits. Currently work as a part-time custodian, part-time merchandiser and do home & pet care gigs on the side. I sometimes opt to work overnight so I’m home during the day to look after the home, yard, animals. Once I’ve got my schedule on lock I’ll be sure to update here! Looking for a relatively quiet home and regardless of when I work will be equally respective of your schedule/s as I come and go. :) Ideally looking to start with a short-term lease and feel things out from there.
