Hello! I am clean and quiet, but open to creating new relationships with a new roommate. I will be attending York College of PA soon as a student in the Bachelors in Nursing Program. I have a 3 year old male cat who is very friendly, playful, and fixed. I like to read fiction, watch shows/movies, and occasionally go for walks outside. I enjoy my peace and quiet time, and enjoy a clean space.

I am very responsible. I understand and respect your peace and space too. I am great at saving money, so while I will be back in school I have planned ahead and am great at managing my finances.

I am hoping to find someone that may be interested in renewing the lease after the first year. I’ll be in the nursing program for almost two years, so it would be convenient, but if not that is okay.
