Looking for a private room/bath.

Currently live with family in Fordland. I have a secure full-time job in South Springfield. I have a little dog who is very well behaved but does not get along with cats unfortunately but does generally with children as long as their mostly calmer around him. I will be hiring a pet sitter from Rover most likely to come in to walk him 2x day because I work such long hours. I will need it to be okay for the Pet Sitter to enter the home for this reason, I have used Rover before as well as have worked for them myself. Trust is #1 in the home, and with my dog.

I have no children myself, but I don’t mind them in the home, I generally enjoy them. I highly respect quiet/sleep needs for others, so I do expect the same courtesy when it comes to any differences in schedules. I work some Saturdays. Just being upfront :) (TV, Noise, Children etc.)

I am 40 years old, clean and organized, so that is what I am looking for in a common area. I am prior military, e joy the outdoors, would like to make some new friends here. I am simply looking for a place to be that has no drama until I move to an ideal apartment on my own. 6-12mo.

Open to chat or meet when convenient. I am in Springfield most of the week for work until after 6-7 pm. Otherwise will have to travel from Fordland.
