I’m a quiet, respectful, and easygoing IT professional who works primarily from home, so fast and reliable Internet is a must. I’m looking to share a home with just one roommate, as I prefer a peaceful and comfortable living environment.

I live a low-key lifestyle and spend most of my time working, learning new things, watching movies or YouTube, or getting outdoors for a walk, bike ride, or a game of pickleball. I don’t smoke, don’t use drugs, and I’m not 420-friendly. I rarely have guests and I’m definitely not a party person.

I’m financially responsible, pay rent on time, and believe good communication and mutual respect are essential. I keep common areas clean and organized, clean up after myself, and take good care of the home.

I’m looking for one roommate who is respectful of both me and my property, clean, organized, financially responsible, and also prefers a quiet, drama-free home. A non-smoker is strongly preferred, and someone who isn’t into partying would be the best fit.
