Hello! I’m Katelyn, I am a restaurant Manager for a high end seafood company in Costa Mesa. My current lease is up in June, and looking for a new roommate to room with at a new apartment. I work 50 hours a week so I will barely be home. I like volleyball, horses, Pilates, going out for dinners (or cooking), traveling, and trying new things to do. I’m not an avid drinker but I drink socially, and don’t mind if others do. I keep to myself mostly, but always up for doing roomie things! I’ve lived on my own for 6 years, 2 of them being in tennessee, so I have experience with being a roommate. I keep common areas clean and tidy, responsible with paying rent and bills, respectful to privacy + keep noise level to a minimum.
