Hello! I’m a quiet, clean, and respectful person with a hybrid work schedule. I currently live in Folsom, CA, but I would like to move closer to my workplace in Rocklin. I’m looking for a roommate who values a calm and tidy living space, respects quiet hours, and maintains a professional and mature lifestyle. I don’t smoke or drink, so I’d prefer a non smoker or someone who is respectful about smoking only outside the apartment. I want a space that’s free of drugs, smoke, and excesive drinking. I don’t have pets, but I don’t mind sharing a home with a cat or a well trained small dog.
