I’m an MBA student at UAH and work from home as a consultant, so I really value a calm, clean, and peaceful home. I keep a steady routine, don’t drink or smoke, and don’t have pets. I’m easy to live with, respectful of shared spaces, and appreciate a household where everyone is considerate. Because I work remotely, I do need reliable high‑speed internet and my own bathroom or an ensuite, but otherwise I’m very low‑key and drama‑free.
