I am not interested in a boarding house or anyone offering weekly leases. I am looking for a house/roommate. If that’s you, read below: I’m a ghost that pays rent! I work in Baltimore but live in PA. Currently in grad school and the drive is too much. I would be in the shared space Monday evening through Friday morning. I have a work contract in MD that lasts another 2 years with the option to renew so I will be a pretty stable housemate. I am a clean, quiet professional. No pets, but I love animals and I’m happy to share space with them! As a healthcare worker, I can provide an actual background state police/FBI background check as well as child abuse clearances.
