Ideally, looking for a friendly female roommate around my age (+/- several years) to split rent on a 2-bed house or apartment near a beach community. I am an organized, laid-back person who can keep to myself independently or socialize and enjoy making new friends. My dog, Romy, is sweet and calm. He can live with cats or dogs if given ample time to acclimate. I enjoy surfing, taking walks, wine, cooking, and outdoor recreation.
