Clean, quiet, respectful, friendly. Looking for a furnished room in a peaceful furnished house and the owner lives on-site, with access to a shared bathroom, living room, kitchen access/use, washer/dryer, wi-fi and off street car parking spot. To be specific, looking for a shared house arrangement. Another retired person(s) would be fine. Flexible on location in the Reno-Sparks, Washoe County or Carson City area because I do not have a daily commute. I am relatively new to the area and I am early-retired with guaranteed pension income to pay rent. My adult daughter lives and works in Reno so this would be a “homebase” if i am not traveling locally or far-away. I don’t have pets, but if you have a friendly dog or cat that is fine with me….
