Hello! I’m looking to team up with someone in the Harrisonburg/Rockingham county area to find a two bedroom living situation. I’m a 31yo cis-woman working at JMU, looking for a female or non-binary person (sorry fellas) to room with once we find housing. Must be a professional or Grad student and ok with my very cute dog and a cat. My pets love people, and do ok with other dogs and cats, they just take a minute to warm up to new animals. I am quiet, prefer direct and clear communication, and I keep things clean. If I get behind on keeping things organized, I at least make sure to keep shared spaces clean. I’m looking for a roommate who is comfortable saying what they need and is generally responsible. I do lots of art, enjoy cooking, and love a good video game (with headphones). I have found some places ranging from $1200-$1600/month, which would be $600-$800/month per person.
