Creative, nerdy, good communication skills, laid back, team player, outgoing, reasonable. LGBTQ-affirming. Looking for apartments, townhouses, and house shares in Delaware County and Chester County, PA, open to parts of Delaware as well. I have no pets (my ex has custody of our small dog, I occasionally go to see her and very rarely will pet sit her), but I am a big animal lover and pet-friendly, especially with dogs and cats. I am open to sharing kitchen and living room/ other shared living spaces with others. I get along with everyone from artists, musicians, actors, hair stylists, nurses, students, gamers, IT, engineers, cosplayers, young professionals. I can occasionally be somewhat loud (but never belligerent), but try to limit it to my room. Sometimes I have overnight guests, and we do our best to stay out of the way/ keep to ourselves, but more often I will go out. I’m a non-smoker but am open to living with smokers if they keep it to the deck, porch, patio, or outside, or at least out the windows. Friends, family, and coworkers describe me as agreeable, harmonious, understanding, good-humored, stylish, easy to get along with. I’m potentially extroverted outside the house, but can be a homebody at home, so I get along with everyone from well-adjusted introverts, to other ambiverts and extroverts. I enjoy occasional video games, drawing, reading, crafts, cosplay, makeup. I don’t need to be best friends with my housemates, and am happy to keep to myself, but prefer to be at least respectful and communicate as needed (we can text if that’s easier). I’m told I have youthful energy but emotional maturity. I’m a Millenial who is often mistaken for Gen Z. I would be willing to live with someone approximately age 21 through early 50s, with a preference for female roommates, but open to all genders if it seems like a good fit.
