I am an out-of-state, straight Christian male and a retired professional. I do not smoke anything, drink any alcohol, or use any drugs. I am very quiet, clean, tidy, hygienic, no foul odors, respectful, and low-maintenance; I use no TV. I want to visit and stay in High Springs (but, e.g., Ft. White or Alachua and areas similarly situated very close to High Springs are good) for a month or two (now or as soon as is practicable) to begin to learn cave diving by taking instruction. I am funded, and can escrow the rent monies if necessary. All I need is a furnished bedroom, closet space, a shelf in a refrigerator, access to a bathroom/shower, internet, a stove or microwave or toaster oven, and one off-street (designated) parking space. Access to a chair with desk, table, kitchen table, or such is desirable for using my laptop computer from time to time, although a local library could likely provide the same utility. No cigarette, cigar, or marijuana smokers, drug users, alcohol abusers, or dog owners, please. Because of what the Bible teaches, I will not consider roommates who participate in gay or transgender lifestyles. If this ad is posted, I am still interested. It is quite self-serving to say, but I am certain that I will be the best tenant you could ever expect to have. Thank you.
