I am quiet, honest, clean and nice to live with. I am looking for a private room that is a walking distance to my work place around Lakewood Civic Center as I don’t have a car so I prefer walking distance or accessible to bus rides. I am a filipina from Glendale and since my work is here in Lakewood so I have to look for a room for rent and at weekends I will be on Glendale well it depends. I love animals especially cats so I don’t have a problem with that even if the owner have cats or dogs. My budget is only $700 per month coz I am a single mother and I send money for my family in the Philippines.
