Im 23 years old and im looking to rent (over a year). I work come home and stay to myself. I am also a person who’s easy to communicate with. My rent is always paid EARLY and the next month is always PAID BEFORE DUE. Both of my previous landlords can vouch to my perfect payment history. I also smoke weed and smoke INSIDE so if I cannot smoke inside regularly it will be an issue but can be negotiated because I understand peoples situations. In my spare time I’m in my room talking to my friends, on the game, or I will eventually go outside and will not be at the house.
