I am a 27 year old with a cat and a lot of plants looking for a simple place to call home. I work 40+ hours a week and want a quiet, respectful environment with like minded adults. I don’t drink or party, but I don’t mind if housemates want to partake or have visitors as long as there is mutual respect. I work thru the weekend and usually sleep in and run errands on my days off so I am not around too much. I am a friendly and social person if housemates ever feel like watching a movie or cooking together, ya know roomie stuff. My cat Bruce is 6 years old, well behaved, and spends most of his time outside. If and when you see him, he will talk to you and want pets.
