I’m looking for a roommate who’s easygoing, respectful, and keeps shared spaces clean. Good communication is really important to me—whether it’s about schedules, house rules, or just making sure everyone’s on the same page. I appreciate someone who pays rent and bills on time, is mindful of noise, and respects personal space while still being friendly and down to hang out. I think it’s important that everyone pitches in with chores and keeps a positive, drama-free vibe. If any issues come up, I’d want to talk about them in a mature and respectful way.
