I’m currently looking to move to the Greater Cincinnati area (or clermont county and relative areas). IT Graduate. PC Gamer. A bit on the nerdy side (gaming and movies!) I’d say I’m very easy to get along with and very laid back. I would say I’m more of an “introverted extrovert” that prefers indoors like 90% of the time. I always require a clean environment, and I like to keep things as fair as possible. I prefer not to get in the way and keep to myself, but I don’t mind conversations.

I’ll always pitch in and help as long as the same is returned to me and where it is justified. I don’t discuss politics or anything like that and I typically have a carefree attitude towards most things and like to be civil. If we’re similar that’s even better!

My budget is $700 tops, but I would highly prefer to find an agreement on splitting rent, which I can accommodate a little more budget for. Apartments and leasing preferred. Also please no smoking/vaping, and no pets (yes, I know, I love them! But my allergies really don’t 😓)
