Trans guy with a senior cat looking for a peaceful space. I migrated here from Tennessee last year seeking safety and a more accepting community. I have fallen in love with Oly, made good friends, and am eager to get rooted into the community. I work two part-time jobs, one remotely and one downtown. I spend my free time hiking, foraging, crafting with friends, and being a warm lap for my little old man, Sheikah, who just likes to lay in the sun and follow me around/go on walks with me. He is a registered ESA and super well behaved with other animals but mostly just wants to be left alone by them anymore. Rescued from the streets when he was 4, he’s old and frail now and just needs somewhere to enjoy the last years of his life in peace with me.

Living with me: I am quiet, clean, responsible, and respectful. I tend to keep to myself but am friendly and open to engagement when it comes up. I have my own car (very small - a Toyota Yaris) and it doesnt leak anything or make loud noise. I’m totally willing to help out around the house or property just to be helpful or bigger stuff to lower my rent. I have experience with yard work, processing fire wood, interior painting, building, pet sitting, and house keeping. I used to live off grid and have experience with chicken-keeping and other animal care and would very open to help with animals or gardening, as well.

Im looking for somewhere safe, secure, and peaceful. A huge plus if there is a yard, trees, privacy, and wildlife to enjoy as I drink my morning coffee outside. I most desire a tiny house or otherwise separated dwelling, but I would be perfectly content with just a room in the right setting. Being near a bus line is ideal but isn’t needed. The West side of town is most ideal but I would be happy on the East side too.
