i am a 37 yr old working mother with an 18 yr old son who also works part time and just graduated high school. my family home is being sold because my father passed and my mom can’t afford it anymore. He is scheduled to start community college in september and we would like to stay together, as he just turned 18. We are clean, polite, respectful and self sufficient. We have no problem helping out around the house and are both pretty handy and enjoy being helpful.
