Looking for an affordable place in the city of Russellville, AR. I no longer drive, so something within walking distance (1-2 miles of HWY 64/Main Street). No pet at the moment, hoping to adopt a kitten or cat in the near future (maybe). I don’t smoke (although I use a vape) but I don’t care if you do. I don’t drink but I don’t care if you do. I don’t use drugs (but if you are a medical marijuana user that’s fine). I’m pretty quiet. I don’t have overnight guests, or any guests really. If I want to see people I’ll go out. Looking for a no drama situation, just a place to be at peace in. Hobbies are reading and genealogy. I’m a Christian and sometimes make it to church.
