I’ve been renting a house by myself for 10 years in Redding, but recently, the management company is not maintaining the property, so I would like to move.… . . yet stay in Redding. I keep a very clean house, do a fair amount of cooking for myself, appreciate an outdoor space, and I love animals. I’m not looking for a new friend (roommate) to socialize with, although, I am hospitable, friendly, and kind. I like to listen to podcasts via my headset after work
