Hi! I’m Andrew I’m a working professional looking for an affordable room or apartment starting in August the closer to Burbank Airport the better, but Im willing to travel for the right fit.

 I’m ideally looking for a month-to-month arrangement to begin with, and off-street parking.

I work full-time as a government employee, have a steady income, and always pay my rent on time. I’m quiet, respectful, clean, and tend to keep to myself, but I’m friendly and easy to get along with.

I don’t drink, smoke, or use drugs, and I take pride in being a reliable and considerate tenant.

I’ve shared homes with people of different backgrounds, lifestyles, and beliefs, and I value treating everyone with respect. I’m simply looking for a comfortable, drama-free place to call home.
