Hello, I’m James. I’m a laid back guy, pet friendly and easy to get along with! I would typically reside in my room while off work, but wouldn’t turn down an invite to watch a Sunday game on TV. I sometimes enjoy cooking, but also wouldn’t encroach on someones space doing so…. an on-the-go can of soup is fine with me too! I served in the United states Navy many years ago. I’m an avid reader and enjoy nature as well.

I was married years ago, but single now and currently do not have girlfriend, so no worries about a “couples” scenario in the room you provide for rent.

As far as work: I currently drive Uber Eats and belong to a temporary staffing agency. I worked as a landscaper for a few years when I lived in Texas.

I’m looking forward to an affordable room for rent, and for long term; one year or more. I’m looking to rent now. I do occasionally smoke, but only outside. Like most people these days, I enjoy an occasional gummy, but no other types of recreational drugs.

Overall, I’m a consciousness person and easy to get along with. You will always have your rent dues on time! ☺️. Thank you, James
