I am a quiet, clean, introvert - and would enjoy living with one other quiet, clean roommate. I am semi-retired - but have my own business - and work remotely from home. I am somewhat of a night person - and work in the afternoons and evenings - and then sleep later in the mornings.

I do not drink, smoke, or do drugs - and consider myself a low-maintenance person - basically, a low maintenance roommate, too.

I have two inside, short-hair cats - who can stay in my room, if needed. I vacuum often and use a good-sized air purifier - so you really can’t tell I have cats - unless you see them.

I would like to rent a house - or an apartment - with one other person - somewhere near the Goose Creek / Moncks Corner area.

Two bedroom houses in the area seem to be renting for as much as a one bedroom apartment. However, a two bedroom apartment might be less expensive on utilities than a house. I’m flexible, tho - I’m just looking for the right kind of roommate :-)
