Hi! I will be moving out of my current place soon since the owner is selling the property within the next 30 days. I’m looking for a private bedroom/bathroom combo. All utilities included if possible, my budget is flexible between $1000-$1170. No more than 2 roommates, but I’m open for the right living situation.

I would love to get to know my new potential roommate(s) and tour the place before hand before making a decision. I hope to be friends or at least acquaintances in the home. Also, we can coordinate on how the house is run in terms of cleanliness, having people over and things of that nature. Thanks!
