Hello my name is Ty firstly i’m from canada and am pursuing my masters in film to become a professor, i’m very creative, easygoing, and respectful person looking for a home that feels calm, clean, and comfortable for everyone. I’m into film, photography, art, and music, biking and spending alot of time outside and traveling.

I love living with people who appreciate good energy, creativity, and open communication who are clean and good hearted people.

As a roommates, i’m very clean i never leave dishes or messes, i’m very considerate, and mindful of all shared spaces. l understand that a good home comes down to respect, cleaning up after ourselves, being aware of noise, paying rent on time, and keeping things peaceful but also being social and friendly, I also really value everyone’s privacy and personal space and schedules.

I’d be great to live with because i’m very responsible, very goal oriented and down-to-earth, and genuinely care about creating a positive living environment. I’m never looking for drama but rather solutions and just a place where everyone feels comfortable, respected, and at home.
