I am a super laid-back, friendly, clean 34 year Old female who is looking to move to Green Valley Ranch for work. I plan to move June 1 st. My ideal roommates will respect sleeping hours, clean after themselves, be drama free (I don’t like arguing or gossip) and will have their own set schedule. I don’t mind hanging out with my roommates here and there but I plan to have my own schedule of work, church, exercise, dance and travel. If I end up being close friends with a roommate then great… But I also respect if you like your space (as I do many days out of the week.)

I live a completely sober life and my roommates need to understand that I will not be a part of social drinking. I don’t mind staying in my room for an occasional social night… But I do not want to live in a home where people are still partying or smoking in shared spaces. I want my home to feel like a safe and comfortable environment.
