I’m a single 57 year old single mother of 2 adult children, and one beautiful daughter in law. Right now I have the perfect living situation, but my roommate has to sell his home and move back home to California to help his parents. I will be needing a room to rent around April or may. I work 6 -7 days a week, I’m very clean, very low key and looking for one roommate preferably. Around my age or older, but ok with 2. I have references, I’m looking for something long term, but am willing to sign something short term to start, so that we can see if we fit together.
