STARTING SEARCH EARLY FOR MOVE IN DATED JAN/FEB 2027

Interested in renting an apartment with 1 other person. Ideal situation would be to meet and be sure we are a good fit. I generally keep to myself but will respectfully greet and socialize when paths cross, work full time in the tri city area and have one indoor only cats who stays in the room while I’m at work/sleeping then let out to wander when home. If you also have a pet I’d love for them to work on being acquainted or compromise on a schedule so they all have a chance to roam spaces equally. Free time is spent with my partner, at concerts, drag shows, relaxing and cleaning/cooking for the work week. My partner is 2hrs away and visits couple times a month with the occasional sleepover. Happy to have a rotation of chores for the common spaces so burden doesn’t feel as though it falls on one person more than another. COMMUNICATION AS WELL AS EMOTIONAL MATURITY IS IMPORTANT! Im a very understanding person but never is it ok to take out your bad day on others with attitude, slamming doors and ignoring. We grown so act grown. Be the kind of person who is approachable for discussions to maintain a peaceful environment. I’m OCD but not in the way everything has to be perfect all the time; more so making sure unoccupied rooms don’t have unnecessary lights on, doors are locked and common spaces aren’t a cluttered mess so everyone can utilize the area they’re paying for. I am not interested in sharing a home with human children or anyone who identifies as MAGA/Trump supporter.
