I’m a retired, legally blind tenant with stable passive income and disability benefits. I’ve been happily living in Eastvale for over 15 months and am only passively looking for a better situation that gets me closer to 100% of what I want. I strongly prefer to stay in Eastvale.

About My Cat
I have an exceptionally well behaved short haired cat named Ichigo. He is clean, non territorial, has perfect litter box manners, and does not scratch furniture. With 10 years of fostering cats and dogs, I’m experienced at helping pets adjust to new homes. He generally gets along well with dogs and female cats. With new male non orange cats he may hiss and yowl for a few weeks before becoming friends. This is normal behavior that settles quickly.

What I’m Looking For

• Private room in Eastvale (shared bathroom preferred)
• Non smoking household
• Comfortable with other pets
• Willing to buy my own furniture
• Current rent is $900 (private room + shared bath). I’d like to negotiate lower for a similar setup. I’m willing to go up to $1,000 for a private bathroom.
• Long term tenant: I can guarantee at least 1 year and hope to stay much longer.

I’m independent, kind, and community oriented. I genuinely enjoy being helpful and believe in giving more than I take. Even though I’m blind, I live fully independently and value peace and reciprocation. I love Eastvale and the kindness I’ve experienced here.

Lifestyle & Habits

• Cleanliness: I vacuum regularly and brush Ichigo daily. He’s a light shedder.
• Laundry: Once every 2 to 3 months in 2 to 4 large loads (I prefer clothesline drying).
• Cooking: Simple meals at home — protein smoothies, rice dishes, and hotpot.
• Schedule: Quiet and low drama. I exercise 5 days a week (walks + dumbbells).
• Hobbies: Fantasy and sci fi audiobooks, watching documentaries and cat dog videos, experimenting with AI, and caring for Ichigo.

Past hobbies include airsoft, motorcycle touring, snowboarding, skateboarding, and gaming.

I use normal household appliances (microwave, rice cooker, blender, light vacuum, fan) and keep things efficient.
